Why it's worth checking out
Selph Health Studios sits on Hayes Road at Rosebery, near Alexandria in Sydney's inner south. A dedicated health and fitness studio, it's earned a near-flawless reputation — combining quality training and coaching with a holistic, well-rounded approach to health and wellbeing, the kind of welcoming, well-run spot that members genuinely love.
The appeal is that combination of quality training, often expert coaching and a supportive, wellbeing-focused atmosphere in a convenient inner-south location, ideal for anyone wanting to get fit, train with guidance, recover or look after their overall health. The near-perfect feedback speaks to a studio that delivers genuinely good coaching and looks after its members.
A 4.9 rating from more than 200 reviews is an excellent result and a strong sign of a well-loved, well-run studio. Memberships, training options, sessions, timetables, opening hours and any intro offers vary, so it's worth checking current details and getting in touch directly before you go — particularly if you're after a specific program, interested in the approach, or keen to try a session first.
Spot Score
The Spot Score is our composite of five signals — two about the venue's standing with visitors and three about how complete and current this listing is. It is not a visitor rating and not a verdict on the food or the experience. The 4.9 from 211 reviews is Google's visitor rating, shown separately and never altered by us.
