We read everything that comes through here. Most of it is Sydney locals telling us a place has closed, moved, or that we've got something wrong — all of which is genuinely useful.

Pick what your message is about so it reaches the right person. Corrections and closure reports get looked at first, because a wrong listing is worse than no listing. Everything else usually gets a reply within a couple of business days.
If a Sydney venue has closed, moved or changed hands, telling us saves the next person a wasted trip. We'd rather hear it from you than leave a dead listing up.
Venue owners: you can claim your listing to correct details, add a menu link or update hours. Claiming is free and never changes your Spot Score or ranking — those stay editorial. Sponsored placement is a separate, clearly labelled arrangement.
If you think we've rated a Sydney venue unfairly, tell us why. We won't move a score because someone asked, but we will re-check it against the evidence, and we've been wrong before.
