Luxe Wellness

Luxe Wellness is a Manly, Sydney-based wellbeing service focused on restoring balance across the mind, body and spirit. Its work brings together health and mindset coaching, Reiki and intuitive energy healing, 9D breathwork, sound experiences, meditation and movement. Rather than offering a single style of session, Luxe Wellness provides a range of individual programs and retreat formats intended to support calm, clarity, self-awareness and personal change.

For one-on-one support, the options include personalised health and life coaching, energy healing, 9D breathwork and sound journeys, and structured six- or 12-session coaching programs. There are also sessions and longer programs for teenagers, with a focus on confidence, resilience, emotional awareness, stress management and practical mindset tools. The Wellness Warrior self-care package combines coaching, breathwork, energy healing and infrared sauna therapy, while the Couples Wellness Package brings together Reiki, massage, breathwork and sauna therapy for two people sharing the experience.

Retreats are a major part of the Luxe Wellness offering. Tailored two-night, three-day retreats can be arranged for one or two guests in the Northern Beaches, including Avalon, Newport and Clareville, while group retreats are designed for smaller gatherings of up to 14 people.
