Ham Harry & Mario

Ham Harry & Mario is a family-run cafe and deli in Cronulla, shaped by the Greek heritage and shared family meals of brothers Harry and Mario Kapoulas. The venue began with their memories of large family gatherings and an ambition to bring that food to the Sutherland Shire, combining a cafe with a deli counter offering daily specials, salads, homemade meals, paninis and sandwiches. Their parents remain involved, with mum Kitty working in the kitchen and dad Peter sourcing fresh produce from the markets.

The food covers a broad breakfast and lunch-style menu, with Greek influences running through many of the dishes. Portuguese Toast pairs fresh ricotta, berries, maple syrup and cinnamon, while the Deli Breakfast Plate can be built around prosciutto, leg ham or house-cured salmon, with tomato, avocado, ricotta, a soft-boiled egg and sourdough. Other substantial options include the Hellas Bowl, featuring chicken souvlaki or slow-cooked Greek lamb, vegetarian dolmades, village salad, pita, halloumi and tzatziki, and The Yeeros with a choice of chicken souvlaki, slow-cooked Greek lamb or halloumi.
