Why it's worth checking out
The Eastern Beaches Coastal Walkway runs through South Coogee, in Sydney's eastern beaches. A strong 4.7 rating from 31 reviews reflects its standing as a much-loved outing.
The appeal is a beautiful coastal walk — a scenic walkway taking in stunning ocean views, beaches and cliffs along Sydney's celebrated eastern coast, a genuine favourite for a walk, some exercise, whale-watching in season or simply soaking up the scenery. It's a lovely, free experience.
Coastal walkways have changing conditions and can be exposed, so take care and check current details if you're planning around something specific. Otherwise it's a free, scenic outing to enjoy whenever the weather's good — bring sun protection, water and comfortable shoes.
Spot Score
The Spot Score is our composite of five signals — two about the venue's standing with visitors and three about how complete and current this listing is. It is not a visitor rating and not a verdict on the food or the experience. The 4.7 from 31 reviews is Google's visitor rating, shown separately and never altered by us.
